ANJ_WITH_EXTERNAL_CRYPTO_STORAGE

Enable support for external crypto storage API.

If enabled, Anjay Lite is allowed to use external crypto storage API to store security information (e.g. certificates, keys).

During bootstrap or persistence process, Anjay Lite will use external crypto storage API to store all provided security information.
