Declares the DTLS variant of the generic :ref:`file_include_public_anj_compat_net_anj_net_api.h` functions (create, connect, send, recv, etc.).

These symbols are defined only if :ref:`exhale_define_anj__config_8h_1ab8cf7659efd075d55efcc3bb0a3365a4` is enabled. They provide the DTLS binding used by :ref:`file_include_public_anj_compat_net_anj_net_wrapper.h` for dispatch.
